All couples are different. Our packages are designed to be customized. The best way to curate a personalized experience, please schedule a complimentary consultation. We do, however, know that numbers matter, so to give you an idea, our packages start at $3,800.
Event Management
When a little help goes a long way. Designed for the couple that has done most of the planning but needs someone to oversee their day and ensure their vision comes to life. Starting three weeks out, we will take the reins! We will finalize the timeline and handle any last minute details that need to be discussed. We will be by your side so you can breathe easy. we will handle all final preparations like walk thrus, vendor confirmation, rehearsal coordination, and much more. This package guarantees nine hours of coordination on your wedding day.
Event Planning- Lite
Have all of your vendors? Still need a few? Have a vision and need help figuring out the logistics? Need someone to pull together all of the details? Partial planning is for you! Beginning six months out, we will step in and make sure that your vision is on track. We will set up a walkthru of your venue, create a floorplan, and build a timeline. We will help you interview and secure your vendors, arrange tastings, and manage your RSVP’s. Our team will work as the primary contact for your vendors, direct setup and breakdown, and maintain the timeline so you can sip champagne and enjoy every moment of your beautiful day. This package guarantees up to ten hours of coordination on your wedding day.
Complete Event Planning
Our most thorough package including all things post engagement – from engagement parties through your sendoff brunch, we will be by your side to help create and execute your vision. Our full design and styling services are included in addition to handling all logistics. From finding a venue to attending walkthrus and tastings, sending out invitations and managing your guest list and floor plan, we will take care of all the details, no matter the size to make your wedding the day you’ve always dreamed it would be. This package guarantees our team will be on site from the time you get ready till the last vendor leaves.
